With 15 years experience, I wouldn’t go for a CS masters as it’s null in your case and was null in mine. I’d go for a management degree because you have too much experience for a CS masters IMO. Edit: I got my masters after 10 years experience. I started my masters journey thinking of getting a masters in CS but found out it was not for me. If you have a specific concentration that you want to focus on like AI then I’d do it.

Gotta get behind this comment OP. My son is now 8 1/2 and he didn’t touch a system until 6 by design. We spent most of his early years interacting with him and teaching him math, reading etc. I’m not trying to tell you how to raise your kid because that’s on you, but I’ll say that playing, teaching and interacting with my son early paid dividends for us. I think it’s how we measure success but these are the guys I talk to damn near everyday either via phone or text messages. One is a corporate VP for a tech giant we work for. How I beat him was really understanding his patterns. Once I got his patterns down, I focused solely on my character on screen and not his. I could see the his colors change and move set in my peripheral but I didn’t fully look at him at all. I downloaded the new patch last night and the game started stuttering again. I opened the Nvidia control panel, set shader cache to 5 GB hit apply. There are two circles near the top of the unit, one is a camera and the other a mic. They are turned off by default. They will be used later on IIRC. When you do live classes, the trainer can only see your handle and the goals that you have achieved during that workout. Like if your total volume reached during the live workout was 15,000 lbs, they will say it out loud.In your case, I wouldn't do it if you don't have to. For my wife, myself, and kid, it is a lot cheaper than a gym membership. Our combined membership was over $120 per month.

Despite my tag, I work on many aspect of our gfx driver so I’m more of a gfx driver engineer with a focus on display. I have coded and worked on the D3D pipeline in the past, but not so much anymore so that knowledge is almost lost. However, I remember working to get a very popular game to stop stuttering on our GPU. We had to rewrite our shader compilation algorithm and introduce a fast compilation method to prevent the stuttering from happening. The root was less optimized shaders were being used that caused performance degradation over time so the fix was system wide. It was similar to this stuttering for us and it took sometime to correct it. So it can be handled from the GPU side, but I wouldn’t recommend it because it introduced many problems for us.
