Same here with me. My father left his NES with my mom after the divorce and that is how I got into video games. My mom did buy my sister and I GBCs, but she was never much of a player. Though she would play Mario Kart if we asked her. Now my grandma actually had my grandpa get her a Wii after she played Wii Bowling on ours.

SMT Devil Survivor and its sequel’s character designs were done by Suzuhito Yasuda. His female character designs for me run from okay to her breasts actually look like torpedos. He is also the character designer for the Is it Wrong to Try and Pickup Girls in a Dungeon (might not be the full title) light novel. That red flag thread seemed more like deal breakers and nitpicks. Also the horse girl hate has always seemed bizarre to me.

From the article:I know it might not have been meant that way, but her response seemed kind of dismissive. While there are IUDs that do not release hormones, the other side effects can make women hesitant to get them. The appeal of oral birth control is that it does not involve any invasive procedures. And I know for me personally, condoms do not make me feel completely comfortable when it is used as a birth control by itself.

Considering the type of content that has been getting removed from titles, otome titles do not have that content.Considering what happens in Hakuoki, both of these answers seem really odd especially the butterflies and sparkles bit. I also would not lump Hakuoki and Code: Realize in the older together considering the gap between Hakuoki's original release and Code: Realize's original release.

You could also look on sites such as Nookazon and see if anyone is selling (via in game bells/Nook Mile Tickets) those two for a price you would be willing to pay. There is a chance for them to show up at your campsite as a regular camper (versus an amiibo camper), but you are not guaranteed a camper on a constant basis. Mine just sits in its stable watching my other animals graze. Speaking of animals grazing, make it easier to move them as they sometimes stick together. The game's way of pushing them is not that helpful. Let all non-rank items (minus the treasure bags) stack in the bag/storage. Mushroom and honey farming is where it's at. Thread Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town |OT| It's Make(rs) or Break Time
Currently at summer 9 and so far here are my biggest complaints, some of which I know might change based on the upcoming patch: Makers - There are too many types (I would personally shrink it down to five maker types ex: building materials, textiles, seeds, egg/milk, and refined ingredients) and you have to litter your farm with them to make items needed for story and farm progression. Farm editing - I wish there was a mode that you did all editing like in prior games in so that when you walk over road pieces, you do not constantly get the prompt to remove the pieces. Menus - You cannot auto-sort your bag/crafting recipes/fridge/storage bins and the villager page I would prefer to not be automatically be sorted. Livestock - I would be okay with the breeding requirements if they did not apply to chickens. Even with all those in mind, I am still having fun and having the camera back works well with the new museum feature.

Just about every reason the no voters gave sounds like they came from the anti-Union videos companies show during on boarding in the retail sector. It is sad how much anti-Union propaganda companies are allowed to show their employees to condition the employees against unions. This country’s labor conditions as a whole will only get significantly better with regulations and laws at the federal level.

Considering that the two Eternal films were just released recently and we have no word on how the fifth arc will adapted for the reboot that started in 2014, even if a new Sailor Moon game was announced, it would probably take 10 plus years or until the next big anniversary to be released.

Thread Root Film |OT| Murder on the Film Set
I finished the game Sunday night and definitely agree with this. Overall, I would agree the opinion I found in a few reviews for the game that it is very Ace attorney light. I think it works in some ways. For example, the lack of needing to directly submit evidence to characters during the exploration bits means if you get lost you do not have to get into the loop of "submit everything to everyone to set what works" like if you get lost in Ace Attorney sometimes. And moving to different locations during exploration is easier since there is no need to be a X location to get to Y as the map will have them all shown (I will say the using the left stick to move around can be real finnicky though). In other ways, I think it does not work such as for the Max Mode sections.

The player characters in Rune Factory are pretty set in stone, minus accessory changes and putting in a different name. The game does have a story beyond "restore the town" and certain things are locked behind plot progression. SoS:FoMT definitely has less systems than SV, but it is a remake of one of the beloved games in the series and more relaxing to me personally. SoS:PoOT will definitely be closer to the 3DS SoS games as customization was big in those games compared to the FoMT remake.

I also agree that the Ace Attorney and Zero Escape games would be better starting points. While I definitely enjoyed 13 Sentinels, the Destruction mode widely differs from most gameplay options in visual novels. Ace Attorney and the Zero Escape games do have puzzles and such which are more commonplace in the genre versus the RTS/tower defense in Sentinels. I do enjoy the Dangaronpa and Steins;Gates games as well but I must echo the point that they rely on anime-esque tropes more than AA and ZE do. And I would argue more than Sentinels does as well.

Thread Why women criticise sexualised character designs | OT3 | "Her ass is part of her character."
Agreed. Unfortunately a lot of western games just do not appeal to me on a gameplay level. Something like GTA will never appeal to me, even if they improve how women are portrayed in the game. And there are western games that while I enjoyed, they also contained issues regarding the sexualization of women (the Batman games). There are definitely JRPG series I have given up on over the years and titles that I played as a teen that I would not want to play now, but I do not think women just not purchasing the Tales of games for example would lead to any changes for the better. Something like Senran Kagura would have to be completely overhauled on a fundamental level to have its criticisms tackled and while other JRPG series definitely have work to do to improve their female characters, they are typically not created with the foundation being sexualization. And while they typically do not contain overt sexualization of the main character, otome titles do often deal with common tropes in female target romance media that are not exactly pro-woman but I do not think anyone is going to try and tell women to no longer consume romcoms anytime soon.
