To match the Xbox Series X, you need the latest generation Nvidia Titan Xp, as well as at least 64GB of RAM. To match the PS5, you can just buy a Chromebook and a pair of good earbuds.

GamingThread Let's talk about Nippon Ichi and its cinematic universe
Reason User warned: making a troll thread, history of similar behaviour
So I was reminiscing about some of the Marvel movies, which I like a lot, and then it came to me that Nippon Ichi Software, the company responsible for great titles like Disgaea, Phantom Brave and Ys, actually did the whole MCU crossover thing waaaaay before Marvel and Disney. I know: some companies like SNK and even Capcom shared some characters between some of their games, but I feel like NIS is the only company to ever embrace the idea of a shared universe like that of my comic books. First, we had Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure (actually, NIS had other games but we don't need to talk about them). Rhapsody laid out some of the things we've come to expect from this cinematic universe, like the colorful graphics, the grid-based tactical combat, the raging yet subtle pedophilia and the whimsical story. It was the Iron Man of the Nippon Ichi Cinematic Universe. Rhapsody worked, so the universe had to be expanded with another story. So we had one of my favorites: La Pucelle: Tactics, in 2002. It shared a lot of elements from Rhapsody. I would say that it's closer to the first Thor movie. But then we had Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, in 2003. That changed everything, man. It subverted all expectations when it justified the overly sexualized young girls by calling them demons. It had variety. It had comedy. It was The Avengers, looked up to by every other company that wants to make a tactical RPG. Then we had Phantom Brave, Makai Kingdom, Soul Nomad, ClaDun, Trinity Universe, Z.H.P., The Guided Fate Paradox and every other piece of moe garbage that you could imagine. All of those stories cross over from one to another, creating an interwoven and colorful web of pure gaming joy, with Disgaea 5 being the closest that we can get to Infinity War. One other thing to note is that NIS also separated its cinematic universe with phases: there was the puzzle games phase, the RPG phase, the visual novel phase, and now, the Steam phase. It's crazy to me that such a small japanese company did something that is now making Disney rich. What are your favorite interactions inside the Nippon Ichi Cinematic Universe? Mine is probably how many times Gig was mentioned after Soul Nomad. Dude's just like Drax: he's insanely popular now, and NIS, like Marvel, knows how to capitalize on it. Also, remember when Makai Wars was a joke?
