ReasonUser Banned (Duration Pending Review): Platform Warring; History of Platform Warring; Trolling and Dismissive Behaviour
Linus said it's a good color accurate display. It is what it is and won't change. You can proceed with cancellation. Enjoy 21FPS games on your Switch (not intended to platform war, I have Switch myself, just stating the obvious).

And what was your great contribution in this thread?"I don't have problems so means no one else does"You never even intended to have any normal discussion in this thread. You wandered in here to stir up and bait people who don't agree with your opinion and now act high and mighty.
What is wrong with this place sometimes, like you do realize that all I did was argue that video card doesn't have enough memory? A frigging video card... Geeez.

The 10GB VRAM thread is equivalent to this gif.
Just a bunch of people swept up in 3080 hype trying to shut down legitimate criticisms and concerns, despite obvious trends of VRAM usage skyrocketing. Just look at WD Legion and now Godfall. There is a reason why AMD didn't go under 16GB even for their cheapest announced card RX 6800. I completely agree that 2 year upgrade cycle is absolute bullshit. How many people in PC gaming community do that? 1% of 1%? I consider myself PC enthusiast and yet I still skip 1-2 GPU gens, so more VRAM is highly valuable feature to me.

This thread is leaving bad taste for me. I think true intention here is to silence criticisms and to make those who are about to buy expensive thing feel good about buying that expense thing. RTX3070 and 3080 did stagnate with VRAM capacity and it is hot topic all around the web. If this wasn't important and it didn't matter to people, it wouldn't be discussed here on ERA, as well as all hardware forums, reddit, twitter, etc.
Also this Nvidia worshiping is cringe. There are way too many posts proclaiming Nvidia is multibillion company who knows their stuff and can do no wrong. Yeah, sure, let's just forget all the blunders Nvidia did. 970 3.5GB VRAM fiasco, DX12 adaptation delay and then taking years to catch up to AMD. Vulkan adaptation delay, and again being outmatched by AMD until recently. Heck, even today AMD excels in both DX12 and Vulkan destroying more expensive Nvidia cards. And this is just recent events. There was a lot more Nvidia fuckery in the past.
Nvidia knows perfectly well that 10GB is sufficient for cross-gen period until next summer. They also know full well that in 10 months they can release SUPER variants of these GPUs with double VRAM amount and market them as being truly next-gen ready.
Eastern Europeans were occupied, enslaved and suffered so much it makes me sick when clueless Americans completely oblivious to history accuse eastern Europeans of lack of diversity and such. Westerners live in countries built by slaves, countries where racism is rampant to this day, and they dare to accuse countries like Poland of racism and lack of diversity. Just classic.

ReasonUser warned: Derailing thread bringing up drama from other discussion.
Good post. I assume they needed to make RTX "pop", over wise the only way to notice the difference would be to flip between screenshots and zoom it at 300%. So they made RTX GI super dark, which in many scenes even looks like black crush (unwanted effect form wrong HDMI levels selection on source and TV).
Your post won't get much love here though. If you try to have discussions and criticism you'll get bashed by DF team and other ERA members and called names. Happened to me in another thread after I posted this comparison, which doesn't even have any brightness or contrast altered!
