Look - propping up Pete is *not* going to go well in the GE. Its fairly clear that the DNC is fucking with tallies and is now pushing their donor class to support him because of Biden's supposed collapse. Thats fine. But Trump & co. haven't even *begun* to start hammering Pete on his homosexuality. I don't care - i'd vote for him. But there is a large contingent of religious voters across the racial spectrum that can vote Democrat that simply will not do it for him. That video of a woman asking for her vote back in Iowa after she found out he was gay? That is going to happen in droves. And having a gay man on the ballot is going to energize the Bible belt in ways we can't even imagine. This country is on the brink of political collapse and conspiratorial insanity after its first black president. If you think Trump won't hammer him on that, and that the religious base in the country won't use it as a rallying cry against him, then you have another thing coming.
