Ok guys, settle down! Yes, yes, I realize you have me figured out and I know where we're headed. But no, I don't think it's arrogant to stand up for something and be passionate about diversity. It's got absolutely nothing to do with that. And no, I don't believe women have to be giggly and inoffensive. It's just that her general demeanor comes off as somewhat standoffish. The WIRED video is a good example. Or the ET interview., , Or this bit from the RLM video: Again, I'm not talking about what she's actually saying. But that somewhat uppity body language rubs me the wrong way. That being said, I'm socially awkward, so maybe people who exude confidence generally seem a bit unlikeable to me. I was aware that saying this means I'll be lumped in with the "feminism has turned Brie Larson into an ugly SJW!!!" crowd.
