Thread MGSV is the best controlling third-person shooter ever made. Nothing comes close.
Moving/aiming while on a nice flat surface feels amazing in MGSV but the cover and traversal systems were not at the same quality. Gears cover system is possibly best in the biz and you have to give traversal to Uncharted. My personal favorite 3rd person shooting mechanics are actually from the Dead Space series.
