I just started looking into this, and apparently Fidelity (where all my other investments are) is a good and cheap HSA provider. Otherwise would it be reasonable/possible to just roll over my HSA balance from Health Equity to Fidelity on (say) an annual basis to benefit from the lower fees at Fidelity and direct payroll deduction at Health Equity?

The hands off approach would be to buy an MSCI World Index Fund, that will contain from Apple and Ford to international and emerging markets. This means you only need to buy one fund and not worry yourself about allocations between domestic, foreign, emerging, etc. Mind you this is my opinion this is not a universal truth. Some might say to only buy a domestic US ETF. As for contributions you will be asked at the time of purchase what year the contributions are for.

The video makes a good job of explaining how crumbling and malfunctioning infrastructure costs the economy billions and it's only getting worse. Completed my first run of Dubai and it's a really nice map, though smaller than I expected. Thread For those who have played all 8 games in the Hitman franchise where do you rank them all?
I'm really hard pressed. At time of release I would say Bloodmoney was peak Hitman. very, very closely followed by the new trilogy. But as of now in terms of replayability the new trilogy obviously easily takes the cake. Absolution sort of does it's own thing and I was never offended by it. The old ones are and probably were janky. Not something I want to replay. Though at least in my memory, that Hotel level in the first game is still probably among my favorites.

Honestly the story is fine, but hardly crucial. It's perfectly possible to just pick and mix missions as you choose without loosing out. There is no game mechanic progression in so far as you learn something new in map 2 that you need in map 3. Though I cannot remember if all maps are unlocked from the get go or if you have to play them in order... I'd assume the former tbh.

It's super personal. There literally is no right way. Personally I will explore as much as possible try and remember where I find certain items observe enemy movements. Then I usually just complete the level some-how. The game then gives you an idea of how well you did and what challenges you might have already completed, but also gives you hint's of ideas (e.g. "ohhh an image of a grand piano, I wonder what I can do with that") as to what other challenges might exist. You will also be unlocking new starting locations and starting disguises which can greatly help with infiltrating a level. And over time you will learn things like. Oh this door is locked, but I am sure I saw a keycard in the office once so you start to put 2 and 2 together. I will usually play one level to exhaustion before moving on to the next. And when I am done with a level I will do one serial killer run for various challenges that I couldn't unlock otherwise... (It plays surprisingly well as a shooter imho). I'm pretty sure I will replay all the old missions again as-well.

Thread Is Sony Ever Going to Let us Change the Region on our PlayStation Accounts?
It's well established and widely known that your PSN account is tied to a specific region and it is impossible to change. This in and of itself wouldn't be so much of an issue if they accepted any global payment method. But the payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal account) has to also originate from the same region. So me using a US credit card or my US PayPal account (or even German credit card) as a payment option in the UK PlayStation store just doesn't work. It will not accept it. My dirty foreign money is not good enough for them apparently. (and I would have absolutely no problem with paying currency exchange fees or whatever) Their official recommendation is to just create a new account, which is fine if we ignore that all my friends, trophies, PS+, cloud saves, and prior purchases are tied to my original account that I would like to keep. Now I get some of the reasoning in so far as ok, some license might not transfer from one region to the other. I would be able to stomach that assuming most games are available in most regions it really should only affect a small number of my past purchases. Other digital store fronts manage to make it possible for me to change my region/country and even years later I find it ridiculous that PlayStation does not. I did have this slight glimmer of hope that with the launch of the PS5 and the recent network changes (wow, we can change our names!) that this might also change. But obviously that hasn't happened and it's just frustrating. So does anyone think there is any hope for Sony to implement this? Sony must realize people move and some people might actually move abroad. Shocking I know. At least accept my foreign money!

5G with its significantly reduced latency is going to be a pre-requisite to lots of automation applications both on the consumer side (self driving cars) but even more so on the industrial side for use in smart factories and such. Also reliability will be in effect as high as using wired Ethernet. There will be practically no down time which is also critical for industrial applications. 5G is really not about being able to download Netflix movies faster...

A lot of this 5G nonsense can be traced back to RT of all places. 5G is high frequency, but low power. It really cannot penetrate shit. That's why one needs so many 5G base stations every couple meters. Close your glass door and no 5G mm-waves will be penetrating. That said all the 5G that is "out now" is all low band 5G which is in frequency very close to where LTE already is.

I have been thinking long and hard about what sort of environmental activism I can do locally. And walking home from yoga through the burbs it hit me. All those pretty manicured lawns are an environmental disaster, for a multitude of reasons. I am thinking this is something individual home owners could actually take on and improve on. I envision it as being primarily an educational exercise, I bet most lawn owners are unaware how environmentally unfriendly their pretty front lawn is. So some well made flyers and an organized door knocking campaign would potentially be a good start. Or in spring one could hand out wild flower seeds to spread in the garden. To that end is anyone aware of organizations that tackle that, which I could latch on to? No need to re-invent the wheel.

So I've had it in my Epic library for a while since they gave it a way a few months back, but like most other things I've gotten for free on PC this last year I haven't really gotten round to actually playing it.... I used to love Commandos 1 and 2 and had a vague understanding that this was similar but never looked into it in detail. Commandos 2 especially, I consider to be one of the best games of its time. Regardless I saw it on sale for under a fiver last week on PSN and decided to double dip and have been playing it nonstop on PS4 (and now PS5) since. It's bloody amazing, plays surprisingly well with a controller. Only in very few tricky instances did I wish for the precision and speed of mouse control. Finished the last mission on hard yesterday and that was a tricky feast of millisecond-precision timing to get through some areas. Setting up those shadow strikes where multiple enemies are engaged at once by the squad is really satisfying. The game play loop is just as fun and addictive as I remember Commandos to be. Next up I will try and go for all the badges I missed and try some different strategies throughout the various missions. As a consequence I have now also added Desperados 3 to my wish list, as this has scratched a gaming itch I haven't had in a long time. If like me you have been putting it off for whatever reason, or are blissfully unaware of the game. Go check it out. It really is fantastic.
