GamingThread Raphael van Lierop claims Nvidia added The Long Dark to GeForce Now without permission.

No, I'm saying that emulators emulating still-current-systems are encouraging piracy. You want to emulate a game that can't reasonably be played on its original hardware anymore? Sure, do that. Emulating games that have come out a year ago and are easily accessible the normal way on the other hand has literally no justification.Yeah, as I was arguing, streaming games is different from playing them on your local machine. You wouldn't be allowed to scan that art either and print it on a T-Shirt.Most devs do give you system requirements and allow you to refund their games if they run badly. Devs also don't choose to release broken games. Because you divorce the game from your local hardware and allow it to be played wherever and whenever you want. If it wasn't fundamentally different no one would be offering cloud gaming.

Reason User warned: "lazy dev" rhetoric. Please review our FAQ.
Being a writer for some mediocre videogame studio must be the easiest job in the world. Like seriously, seems like half of the job is just coming up with names for cults to have as brainless fodder enemies. How lazy do you even have to be to think you need more brainless fodder enemies in a game that already has zombies in it? How about having a zombie game without bandits or cultists that shoot you on sight but instead other survivors who also want nothing else but to survive? Might even add some character to them and you might even feel bad for shooting them. But I guess that is way too much to expect from a studio that thought "sad biker dude" would be a cool protagonist.
