GamingThreadAI: The Somnium Files was review bombed on Metacritic (From 8.2 to 1.9 in 1 day)
ReasonUser Banned (permanent): engaging in inappropriate behavior
You want to check the edit i added about 30 minutes ago. It provides a better explanation for why i did it.But yeah, i understand why people are upset about what happened. Most of my issues with the game boil down to my unhealthy attachment to A-set, after all.
Hopefully this does cause Metacritic to finally fix their shit after years of similar incidents. That's the main thing i wanted to happen here.

Buddy, i've got some bad news about Steam.
They're just as much of a multi-billion dollar company as Epic is, which brings up another good point. The fact that people are acting like Steam is the underdog in this situation. The poor small company that keeps getting all of it's games taken by Epic, when they're just as big, if not Than the alleged "bad guy".
and yes, they've done some themselves, remember when got leaked during a sale? Or when they violated on refunds? Or even the fact they have the on the Better Business Bureau due to how bad their consumer support is?
no matter how much the people making aggressive posts think that one company is somehow "better" than the other.
If you want to help change things for the better, explain to Epic, or Valve, or anyone else. What their current issues are. and give them time to work on that. Vitriol isn't going to improve the situation in any form. You're completely failing to understand the point i'm making.
Epic has the feedback, they know what people are saying. It's just that you posting angry, overaggressive garbage acting like Epic & Tim Sweeny has just because they happen to run a store client you don't like.
Again, there are rules in EGS threads now because of how vitriolic people have gotten over it, and it certainly like they haven't changed the discourse surrounding it all that much.
